Much has changed since RA-LIN and Associates started out in Carrollton, Georgia in 1972. Our business has been transformed by new technologies, construction methods, project types, and safety practices. But a few things have not changed: Our Corporate Philosophy - Integrity, Good Project Organization, and Full Communication. Good project organization is the key to achieving a quality project at maximum value. We are convinced that a frequent and complete exchange of information is the only way to ensure that all members of the project team are able to deliver their best efforts toward a successful project. RA-LIN's experience covers a wide variety of project types. We never set out to specialize in a particular type of project market,  because the majority of our work has been driven by the needs of the community. This flexibility has meant opportunities to build everything from your local elementary school and cultural arts center to hospitals, retail centers,  medical office buildings, car dealerships, collegiate student housing, and manufactoring facilities. When new work calls us beyond our home territory, we take our values with us. RA-LIN is a privately held company with all 30% of corporate stock owned by employees. We consider this a key to our success, and a reason our project teams consistently go the extra mile to keep projects on track and clients happy. While the majority of our work is negotiated with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, we also have extensive experience with Design-Build, Lump Sum Bid, and other delivery methods.
