| Ray Fulford, Chairman & CEO
Has over four decades of experience in the construction industry. He established RA-LIN and Associates in 1972. Over the past decades, He has moved the company from a small construction company with a staff of three to one of Georgia's largest and most respected builders, securing a reputation along the way as a firm founded on honesty and integrity. Although, Ben Garrett has responsibility for day-to-day operations of the company, Mr. Fulford remains active in business development and strategic planning. He participates in philanthropic activities and civic organizations and is a past board member for local banks, the Chamber of Commerce and the Carroll Development Authority.

Ben Garrett, President
Is responsible for the prosperity of the firm with overall administrative responsibility in areas of project management, operations, and marketing. Mr. Garrett began working for RA-LIN when he was 15 years old and continued to work during summers and breaks through high school and college.
Mr. Garrett has held several positions of increasing responsibility within the company. He is knowledgeable on all aspects of the firm's resources to generate successful projects for clients. He earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from The University of Auburn and is a member of The American Society of Civil Engineers.

Bernie Buchanan, Vice President
Mr. Buchanan joined RA-LIN in 1997 with an array of construction achievements in varying markets. His responsibilities include corporate oversight of all preconstruction related activities as it relates to operations, business development, scheduling and estimating. He is also responsible for setting the overall direction of preconstruction services as well as ensuring continuity in its delivery to customers and clients.

Mike Waters, Vice President
Mr. Waters oversees construction activities including project management, superintendence, maintenance, quality control and supervision of field employees that serve several different markets including education, retail/commercial, and industrial/manufacturing.
His overall experience with several types of projects adds a unique value to the firm's construction group. Mr. Waters has served the firm since 1994 and has held several positions of increasing responsibility.
