Ben Garrett – President
Ben Garrett began his career at RA-LIN as a part time worker in the summer of 1984. After high school, he attended Auburn University on an Air Force ROTC Scholarship and earned a civil engineering degree. In August of 1991, he returned to RA-LIN as an assistant project manager and has held increasingly responsible positions in various departments of the company until his appointment as President in 2005. Ben is an accomplished leader with deep practical experience combined with outstanding engineering and construction management skills.
Tres Jernigan – Senior Vice President
Tres Jernigan, a professional engineer with over two decades of building experience, serves as Senior Vice President of RA-LIN. Tres guides and oversees all construction and development aspects of the company’s projects throughout the Southeast. Jernigan holds a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama where he was a member of the Engineering Honors Society and Alpha Kappa Lambda fraternity. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer by the National Society of Professional Engineering.
Brian Fritts – Vice President of Operations
Fritts, a veteran at RA-LIN for two decades, holds a B.S. degree in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University. As Vice President of Operations, his resume and volume of work with RA-LIN stands well over a quarter of a billion dollars. The construction phasing and logistics planning required to safely execute projects of Brian’s experience is a proven skill of RA-LIN operations, and he executes these skills with expertise.
Curt Giebeig – Vice President of Estimating
Curt joined RA-LIN in 1994 as a Project Manager and over the years has served in several roles, including Estimator, Preconstruction Manager, and Director of Preconstruction Services for RA-LIN. In his role as Vice President, Curt serves as a member of the company’s executive leadership team while leading RA-LIN’s estimating department which provides estimating, constructability reviews, and virtual design & construction models, as well as contribute to the company’s operations and business development efforts. Curt has a great ability to relate to our customers and build trust by providing thoughtful guidance during the pre-construction phase of a project. Curt will be counted on to provide leadership and guidance to those young associates.
Michael Heisey – Vice President of Construction
Michael’s responsibilities will include day-to-day leadership of our project management personnel, contract and subcontract review, budget review, and projecting the needs of our construction management staff. Over his nearly 2 decades with RA-LIN, Michael has been a leading voice in implementing changes and creating protocols that have improved the company’s operating processes and efficiencies.
Cliff Harris – Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Cliff Harris began his career as an Army Aviator, after graduating from the US Military Academy at West Point. Cliff is a Gulf War veteran and has 30 years of diverse experience in leadership roles across Military, Sales, Logistics, and Operations with the US Military and a variety of leading Fortune 500 Companies. Most recently, Cliff has developed unique skill and experience serving the Facilities Asset Management requirements in Healthcare and Senior Living industry segments. Cliff joined the RA-LIN Team in August of 2021, as our Vice President of Sales and Business Development.
Andrew Stewart – Vice President of Field Operations
Andrew began his career with RA-LIN as a co-op from Auburn University and has excelled in his career through dedication, hard work, commitment to our clients and exemplary leadership. With 20 years of construction industry experience, Andrew’s expertise in developing processes and leading field teams has helped us achieve efficiency across all our job sites particularly in respect to project problem solving, scheduling, and project delivery.
